About Priyanka
I am Priyanka Kumari, a certified Yoga Instructor and the founder of Priyanka Fitness Studio in Bengaluru, India. I am passionate about helping people make Yoga a simple and consistent part of their daily lifestyle. I teach students with patience and personal attention, keeping their age, flexibility, fitness level, and comfort in mind. I welcome beginners as well as adults who want to improve flexibility, strength, relaxation, and overall wellness. I also conduct live online Yoga classes for students from different locations.

My online Yoga classes are designed for beginners, women and adults of different age groups. I focus on simple, safe and easy-to-follow Yoga practices, with personal attention and proper guidance. Each session may include Yoga asanas, stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation. I patiently explain every posture and adapt the practice according to the student’s age, flexibility, comfort and fitness level. My goal is to help students build a consistent Yoga routine and improve their overall physical and mental wellness.
