About Juan Carlos

I am a certified Yoga Teacher in India but I found my calling to show people the correct way to breathe to reach deeper levels of meditation, deep relaxation and inner peace. In the last 5 years I have known 12 countries, in all those places I have done different activities, jobs and hobbies but it is in the practice of breathing and meditation where I really manage to connect with people.

About the lesson

I like to meet people to personalize the classrooms but in general I like to start with a small theoretical analysis of the exercises to be performed followed by breathing practices that will induce us to a state of automatic meditation.
