About Daiane
I am an investment professional with experience working across Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes, specializing in portfolio analysis, fiduciary management oversight, governance, and ESG integration. My background spans both in-house pension fund work and professional trusteeship, where I have supported investment strategy, performance monitoring, funding discussions, and broader governance processes. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and two Bachelor’s degrees — in Economics and Public Administration — with an emphasis on finance and strategy. I have published research in respected academic outlets and presented at international conferences. I also hold the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and am currently a CFA Level III candidate. My career has given me strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and hands-on experience with investment policy, ALM, multi-asset portfolios, and regulatory frameworks. I have also taught finance and economics at the university level and developed didactic material for financial certification programs, which strengthened my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. I am passionate about the intersection of investments, pensions, and long-term financial strategy.
