Students who want to become champions or defend themselves must learn beginner level and practice. Athletes who add this sport to their lives enjoy it. I explain to my students with practical solutions, combining them with their own style, how to respond to any attack they may encounter. Taking lessons from a highly experienced coach who has received many international degrees with strong international communication in his field increases the success of my students and their interest in sports.

Gidiniz, tavsiye ediniz efendim. :))
