About Laura
I have a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Durham, whilst at university I've mentored a number of senior school students, helping with their subjects and university applications. I also have experience in tutoring in Maths and English at KS3 whilst I was at school.
I'm currently studying for a PhD in chemistry and have taught undergraduate foundation year classes.

I prefer to teach around the curriculum, identifying areas that need improvement and focusing on them so students get the most out of my lessons.
I'm always happy to explain concepts students have had difficulty in understanding, attempting to find other ways of explaining things to suit each students individual learning style.

Perfect! Laura is a fantastic tutor. She is incredibly approachable and immediately put my daughter at ease.
