About Ana Clara
I’ve just graduated from Edinburgh University having achieved a first (chemistry integrated masters with industrial experience). For my year in industry, I worked as an analytical chemist for AstraZeneca. This is a highly competitive placement, and it has made me a much better chemist. I also have experience tutoring GCSE and A-level chemistry and maths in a range of settings (online and in person).

I love study skills almost as much as I love chemistry and maths - I want to share what I have learnt to help you make the most of your knowledge and smash your exams!! Chemistry and maths require practice as well as knowledge. To help you with your revision, I prepare an A4 ‘cheat sheet’ for each lesson containing all the key information we’ve covered. I also prepare custom question packs to ensure you’re applying new knowledge - I find this really helps it stick! Each lesson is 1 hour long, and contains a mix of learning and applying concepts through discussion and practice questions.
