About Adhiinthran
I am a Christ University graduate with a Bachelors in Psychology, Sociology, and Economics. While you may think that I lack the credentials to teach English, let me highlight some of my successes. I used to get selected till the district level for spelling bee competitions, which happened thrice. I held the fourth rank at school for English Olympiads held annually.
I also worked as a financial journalist for a wire, where the only requirement was good English.

To get better at English, one has to read a lot. So, while I will be teaching the fundamentals of grammar, a lot of examples and homework that involves reading will be given. Read, understand, repeat. That is the best way to go about tackling this subject.
When teaching, I will go over some of the technical aspects of reading and writing, which will cover grammar, writing style, tone of the author, etc. Students can stop me anytime in case of any queries as they have to comprehend what is being taught.
Doubts are entertained and I do not mind students taking time to ask doubts. If anything, it means that the following sessions would be easier for them to understand.
The classes are mostly focused towards school students (kg to 12th grade). However, undergraduate students who have English as a language paper and not a major can also benefit from learning from me.
