About Hashan
I’m an NHS nurse, an NMC-qualified Nursing Assessor, and ILS/ALS qualified, with hands-on experience supporting students in clinical practice. I’ve worked with learners at different stages of their training, helping them build confidence, understand expectations, and develop safe, professional nursing skills. Teaching has always been a natural part of my role, and I genuinely enjoy guiding students through the challenges of nursing school and clinical placements. I teach because I know how overwhelming nursing training can feel, the exams, the OSCEs, the pressure, and the responsibility. I’ve seen how much difference the right support can make. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging space where you can ask anything, practise safely, and grow step by step. Helping future nurses feel capable, confident, and prepared is something I’m passionate about, and it’s why I offer tutoring alongside my clinical work.

My lessons focus on real-world nursing skills: patient assessment, care planning, drug calculations, documentation, and OSCE station practice. As an NHS nurse and NMC-qualified Nursing Assessor, I teach exactly what is expected in clinical settings. You’ll learn how to think like a nurse, communicate effectively, and handle common scenarios safely and professionally. Being ILS and ALS qualified, I also provide high-quality emergency-care teaching, including recognising deterioration, ABCDE assessment, escalation, and emergency management. These sessions are ideal for OSCE prep, placements, or anyone wanting to build confidence in acute-care scenarios. You’ll practise structured responses, communication, and safe decision-making using clear, practical steps.
