About Emma
I'm Emma, a high school student willing to tutor for any standardized tests, although the SAT is preferred. I've taken the SAT three times and the PSAT four times, as well as the SSAT once - I know these tests inside and out and know exactly how to most effectively prepare. In my lessons, my biggest focus is engaging my learners instead of just lecturing and doing the problems by myself - the last thing I want is for you to freeze up when prompted to do the questions by yourself. As long as you come into our sessions ready to engage with the material and learn, I can guarantee that you will get something out of it.

In a lesson, we'll work through strategies and testing theory, as well as take practice tests and learn supplemental reading and writing skills. This class is for anyone preparing to take the SAT, SSAT, or any other standardized school entrance exam. I'm open to tutoring both middle and high school students.
