Collegiate Beach Volleyball player with an indoor past as well. I have a personal training certification that I use to strength train my athletes if they are interested in more physical development.

Not only did Emma-Leigh support me with lifting but she also provided education through eating habits as well. She was very good at motivating me through lifts and being a stickler on my form. It was also very refreshing to have a female trainer because she understood the differences between women’s and men’s bodies. I also love that her and I share the same religious beliefs and we could not only talk about a healthy lifestyle but incorporating God into it as well.
