About Janet
"Working with students aiming for high academic goals is what defines you as a learner in my care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physics from UNSW Sydney and have taught 314 students over my 3 years in this role.
I help you navigate SAT/ACT math prep, Vedic math techniques, trigonometry, and challenging word problems. Competition math prep and homework help form the backbone of my instructional strategy. I also guide you through linear algebra, algebra, and calculus while emphasizing conceptual learning to make these topics accessible. I find that when we break down the logic, the numbers start to make sense."

"The first session starts by mapping your current knowledge against the curriculum. We tackle one specific problem that highlights your unique way of thinking. My 3 years of experience in Physics shape how I teach these quantitative subjects. You will see how algebraic structures mirror the patterns found in calculus.
We use a 10.0 scale to track your improvement across every module. These sessions focus on speed and accuracy. I keep the environment friendly and encouraging at all times. Results follow when your foundation is solid."
