About Brian
I have a BS in computer science with honors and I developed device firmware and computer software in 10 computer languages for 30 years. I owned and operated a Malaysian and sushi fusion restaurant in New Jersey, USA. I have diverse interests in many subjects such as rocketry, aeronautics, physics, critical thinking, Socratic method, psychology, medicine, science fiction and adventure stories.

I learn the student and utilize questions to get the student to think about to understand and realize the meaning of what they are reading. My lessons are 55 minutes long. I have a TESOL certification and have been tutoring for over 30 years to 10-55 year-olds from intermediate to advanced levels in English. In addition to thousands of primary and secondary students that I have taught, I also taught a university medical doctor undergrad, a MIS master degree candidate and a psychology graduate candidate.
