About Sandy
I am a computer scientist, who has previous experience both getting tutored and tutoring. I attended Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls with a scholarship and bursary and an currently a student at Loughborough University.
I have previous experience tutoring 2 students in GCSE Maths, both scoring A*s and have had some experience with younger children (11+ examinations)

My teaching methods is very hands on so I prefer to conduct one on one sessions. Usually I will walkthrough key examples with them before letting them attempt a few in front of me. I prefer to set harder questions for homework to give the students a chance to puzzle about them on their own. I will then procede to check their homework to go over any mistakes at the start of the next lesson
