About Maira
I’m a Computer Science tutor who genuinely enjoys turning confusing programming concepts into something students can understand and apply. I believe good teaching is not about memorising code—it’s about understanding the logic behind it and knowing how to approach a problem.
In my lessons, I explain concepts step by step, use practical examples, and encourage students to ask questions without hesitation. I adapt my teaching to each student’s current level and focus on helping them become more confident and independent problem-solvers. My goal is for students to leave each lesson thinking, “Now I actually understand it.”

Struggling with programming concepts or finding Computer Science difficult to understand? My lessons are focused on making complex topics clear, practical, and easier to learn.
I teach C++, Programming Fundamentals, Data Structures, HTML/CSS, and SQL, Website development through simple explanations, practical examples, and guided problem-solving. Instead of simply giving you answers, I help you understand the logic behind each concept so you can solve problems with confidence.
Whether you are starting programming from scratch, preparing for university coursework, or need help with a challenging topic, lessons are adapted to your current level and learning goals. My aim is to create a comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions freely and learn without feeling overwhelmed.
