An engineering graduate from India’s premier Delhi Technological University, a professional with over 18 years in leadership positions across mega-corporations, a gritty resilient self-taught teacher for the last 5 years, a dotting mom to a teenage son, wife to a loving husband & fortunate for being a family oriented geek women but one word that sums me up is “Unstoppable”.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe, when the change is intentional, it is sustainable. Hence the philosophy that I have adopted in my teaching & pedagogy is one of “Intentional Inclusion”.

Teaching Approach
My teaching approach involves providing a guided exploration in a 4 step process:
i. Making the child feel Intrigued into identifying the problem.
ii. Supporting the Ideation to evolve intuitively through brain-storming workshop.
iii. Giving ample time for the child to initiate a solution.
iv. Helping the child to harness Ingenuity in the solution to make it his/her own.
