About Catherine
I have a bachelor in commerce from McGill University, my major was accounting and a concentration in finance. I’m also a CPA candidate, therefore my knowledge of audit, financial reporting, taxation and management accounting is very accurate. I’m currently working as a senior auditor for an accounting firm.

My teaching method would be to go over the basics, meaning understanding the foundation first to be able to build your knowledge and get you to be able to resolve complex problem by logic. Understanding the basis for financial reporting and audit is extremely important in accounting and to learn everything by heart won’t help you at all. For taxation, I will be able to help you understand, but also give you trick to remember the harder topics.
