I enjoy combining psychological concepts with simple art-based activities to make self-exploration more accessible and less intimidating. My approach is calm, respectful, and learner-focused, aiming to create a safe space where individuals can express themselves freely through creativity, without pressure to perform or create perfect art.

These sessions use art-based activities inspired by art therapy to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and reflection. The focus is on using drawing, colours, simple creative tasks, and guided prompts to explore thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental way. No artistic skill is required. Sessions are gentle, structured, and conducted in a comfortable mix of Hindi and English. Suitable for adolescents and adults who want to explore emotions through creative expression.
