About Brent
I have a passion for mathematics and an even greater passion for helping others understand mathematics. Math can be challenging and outright hard and in the past I too, almost failed algebra in high school. That being said, I also know from firsthand experience, with the right teacher, that anything can be learned. I strive to be that teacher. One who both inspires and encourages.

A key aspect of my teaching strategy is finding out a student’s strengths and weaknesses and working with them at their pace, as well as introducing new topics at a gradual pace. A typical lesson plan would include introducing a topic, working through several problems and then working on one together with the student, helping them along the way. I can provide lessons for middle school, high school and college students. I understand patience is key. I too struggled in school with mathematics.
