About Joao (Joe)
I am a paralegal currently working in immigration law, having developed a keen interest in the field over the past five years. My journey into law began unexpectedly when I chose to explore a new path after my A-level results, leading me to study at Nottingham Trent University. This decision sparked a deep appreciation for a subject that influences our daily lives and is often overlooked in traditional education. As a tutor, I bring my friendly and approachable nature to help students understand the complexities of law, making it accessible and engaging. Alongside working I am also studying to take the SQE (Solicitors Qualification Exam) in January 2026
