About Andrea
I tutor in geometry, Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and college math. I have got a B+ average in college math as well as an A+ average in high school math. My curriculum is to use multiple strategies to teach the same concept. This will help my students understand how a math problem can be broken down to smaller definable parts with the use of multiple problem-solving strategies.

It may be that some concepts in mathematics, such as how to take a square root, are best taught through direct, traditional instruction. The nature of online math tutoring allows students to go back through the lesson at their leisure. They can easily make note of concepts they didn't understand before. My job is assessing what mathematics material my students have mastered, where they need assistance, and how they learn best. I want you to all be confident mathematicians!
