About Chen
Hello, my name is [陈望舒 Chen WangShu], and I’m a Chinese tutor and host. I’ve always had a deep passion for the Chinese language, especially the cultural beauty and unique expressions it conveys. My journey into Chinese teaching began with my personal fascination with the language and a desire to help others learn and appreciate it. Having worked as a Chinese host for many years, I’ve had the privilege of communicating with people from diverse backgrounds. This experience has made me realize the power of language and the beauty of effective communication. It was through these cross-cultural interactions that I was inspired to teach Chinese and assist others in expressing themselves, understanding Chinese culture, and connecting with people from all over the world. I chose to become a Chinese tutor because I believe that language is more than just a tool for communication – it’s a window into understanding a nation and its culture. Through my lessons, I hope to not only help students improve their language skills but also show them the joy and fulfillment that comes with learning Chinese. As a tutor, my teaching approach focuses on personalized learning. I use a variety of methods tailored to each student’s needs, helping them improve their language skills through real-life applications. I believe every student has their own learning style and pace, and by customizing the lessons according to their needs, I can help them reach their full potential.
