About Julien
I started going to the gym 3 years ago, and at first, I didn't know what to do and how to achieve my goals. This is when I started to take a coach and learn about it by myself too. Diet, training, recovery, all these aspects led me to a physique that I'm proud of today, a national strength level, and a self-confidence I never had before. I've always done sports in my life, and I think I can help you no matter your starting point.

The coaching would be as follows: - Discussion to talk about the objectives, the time available, the diet, and all parameters that we can adjust. - With all this information, I can build a training plan that you'll do by yourself, and of course, I'm here to answer any questions about it. - Every week, a discussion session will take place again to look for improvements and hear the feedback from your perspective to see if anything is wrong.
