About Ricardo Louise
I love to teach my peers, as I believe in Feynman's Technique: teach it if you really understand it, so it sticks in your mind.
I'm currently the co-head of our organization's tutoring program at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. We guide and teach Physics and Math to First-Years enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Physics.
I received the Gawad Ylagan award and was recognized as top 1 in my first year (S.Y. 2024-2025). I believe I have the necessary foundation in math and physics, especially for high school and for 1st-year college students taking physics-related courses. I also participated in a competition during my senior high school, held at the Technological University of the Philippines, Cubao Campus, which led me to my current program: Bachelor of Science in Physics at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Main Campus.

Typically, I prefer to make math/physics related problems. I believe that in order to be proficient in these fields, we must practice ourselves through solving complex problems. Generally, I want to build my students' analytical skills, not by memorizing formulas. I want them to understand each concept through imagination and by applying the necessary and appropriate mathematical approach for each problem. I want them to understand that learning requires hard work and dedication. With this, I don't spoon-feed information. Instead, I'll provide guidance.
