The first thing I like to do is get to know each other a little bit to make my students feel comfortable. I want them to feel like they don't have to shy away from telling me what they are struggling with. After, is when we begin organising the lessons. We will have a talk about what your strengths and weaknesses are, and go from there. Each lesson will typically be around one hour and my targeted audience is those between the ages 12-19 studying either GCSE or A-Level.
