I had intermediate to advanced training 10 years ago and I thought having a refresher won't be anything new but did Jo surprise me with new tips and tricks on managing, analysing and manipulating data. She delivered the training in an effective manner by having ice breakers in between and open to questions throughout. She is also very patient as I did ask for a repeat on a lot of formulae.
