About Jack
I have been tutoring for 6 months, but I have been a mentor to my younger siblings my entire life. I have given them advice I wish I knew at their age and I have taught over 20 different pupils. Over the last few years I have achieved academic success and I am now looking to help others follow in my footsteps. I am passionate about the human body, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Introduction:
I believe learning is a dynamic process and that everybody learns in a different way. During the initial consultation I would ask the student about things they struggle with and just can't understand. These would be priority as it is more important to focus on weaker areas within a subject. I would then go away and prepare some material ready for the first session.
Session:
I would begin each session with an introduction to the area we will be covering and explain the objectives for the end of the session. The bulk of the session would involve me explaining information and teaching the student, ensuring they understand what is being covered. To demonstrate a full understanding I will then ask the student some exam-style questions and give them feedback on how to improve. To finish I will answer any questions and ask the student what they would like to be covered next.
If there are any requests on how a student would like content to be covered, feel free to suggest ideas and I will adapt to your needs.
