I am a 3rd year student studying Dentistry at the University of Leeds. I achieved 3 A stars at A level in Chemistry, Physics and Biology, gaining 100% in several exams. I think effective learning results when each part of a concept is explained, understood and then practiced, for example through answering a series of questions. When each wedge of the concept is understood completely they can be pieced together. Practice in answering questions is a key part of deveoping your understanding and in perfecting your exam technique. Each student is different however, and I would tailor my lessons to suit your needs.
