About Max
After getting a 22 on my first ACT practice test I was discouraged but determined. I self-studied every book I could get a hold of and eventually began to formulate unique strategies for the test on my own. Within a few months of hard focused work, I brought my score into the 99th percentile. My methods are unorthodox, but work. Over the past years, I've helped other students outscore me and get into their top choice college. I hope to develop the same creative thinking processes and dedication in all of my students.

My teaching approach is tailored to each individual student and focuses around finding out each student learns best and building a test taking strategy around that. It is incredible what one can do when one has a goal and a reason, so goal setting and planning are integral to my teaching approach.
