I am a certified teacher in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. I am also certified in EAL from the University of Manitoba.
I've been teaching for over 20 years working with kids and adults in all subject areas. Helping students succeed in the areas they are struggling with is my specialty.

My lessons are fun and engaging. I love making kids laugh and believe that's one of the best ways to get kids to remember things.
A typical lesson starts with a conversation about something fun they are doing or what they are learning about. Then we can move to what the child needs help with.
These lessons are for kids from Kindergarten to grade 8.

Laura is a very patient and responsible teacher. She explains things clearly and always makes the lessons comfortable and enjoyable. My son and I both really enjoy learning with her. She is friendly, encouraging, and always willing to help. I highly recommend her!
I would 100% recommend Laura to help with developing writing skills. She's very knowledgeable and patient with the process. She's also professional and great to deal with.
Laura has a wealth of knowledge to share with others and relates well to her students. A caring and compassionate person, she has the ability to zero in on the needs of individual students.
