I got acknowledged with Microsoft Office products during secondary school and did the ECDL exam at the age of 19. However I never intended to work solely with MS Office, this single skill was my most useful asset at job searching! It was super useful when I needed a job next to university so I could work as a secretary at a law firm part-time and also at essay writing at university.
I suggest you to also get this skill to give a little extra boost for your CV and to make your life easier!

About the lesson

First, I would find out your current knowledge level. Then, we would start solving formatting exercises together. Homeworks are inevitable! If you want, we can focus on ECDL exercises specifically.
As for me: I am very patient and I think I can explain things very clearly. (I have teached a few colleagues and they did well! )
