About Adam
Hi,
I am Adam, an Economics student with an A-level (Grade A) in Maths looking to help with the current situation by teaching Maths. I come from a family of teachers, so teaching (both the student facing and administrative side) come quite naturally to me.
I have experience in tutoring GCSE Maths, where I have before gotten a student up from an E to a B (on the old grade system) with weekly tutoring. I will be using a style of teaching where we will discuss how to approach a topic, the student will do some formative questions (for example, a worksheet), and then we will go over anything that is struggled with in order to shore up those gaps. I would prefer it if you could let me know what the student particularly struggles with initially as then I can go straight into the teaching, however this is not entirely necessary and I can go over this with the student myself if preferred.
