About Jasmine
My interest in economics began when I started exploring how financial decisions influence businesses and communities. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue higher studies in the field, eventually completing a Master’s degree in Economics. Over the past 9 years, I have taught students at different academic levels and helped them understand economic concepts more clearly.
I believe that economics should be taught in a practical and engaging way. Many students struggle when economic models are presented without real-world context. My teaching approach focuses on connecting theory with everyday situations so learners can see the relevance of economic principles. By explaining ideas patiently and encouraging discussion, I help students build confidence in their understanding.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about global economic trends, financial systems, and policy changes. Staying informed about current developments allows me to bring relevant examples into my lessons. Teaching economics gives me the opportunity to help students develop analytical thinking and a deeper awareness of how economic systems function in society.

Economics becomes meaningful when students understand how economic ideas affect everyday life. My lessons focus on explaining economic concepts through clear discussion and practical examples. We begin with foundational topics such as supply and demand, production, and consumer choices. These ideas help students understand how markets operate and why prices change in different situations.
During lessons, I guide learners through important economic topics including market structures, trade, government policies, and financial systems. Discussions and problem-solving exercises help students analyze economic scenarios and develop critical thinking skills. I encourage learners to explore how economic decisions influence businesses, individuals, and societies.
As students progress, they begin to see how economics shapes many aspects of daily life such as employment, spending, and global trade. Understanding these relationships helps learners develop a broader awareness of how resources are managed. My goal is to help students approach economics with curiosity and logical thinking rather than confusion. With structured lessons and consistent practice, learners gain confidence in analyzing economic ideas.
