About Claire
I hold a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) with distinction and a TESOL Certificate. I am English and speak with a Received Pronunciation (RP) standard British accent.
I am offering private tuition and exam preparation support to students of all ages and all levels.
I have helped many students to reach their goals and to pass exams through private tuition. I am able to help with any presentations, homework, essays or any other projects and offer professional feedback and corrections. I can improve natural free flowing fluency with connected speech.
I have a passion for languages and ensure that all of my students have fun while they are learning. I have extensive experience working with adults from Europe and Asia, teaching and perfecting their linguistic abilities.
As an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) tutor, I have worked with clients from all over the world, assessing their needs, background factors and learning styles to create fun, dynamic and engaging lessons.
My range of experience means that I get a good understanding of what a student will require from tutoring and it allows me to make sure that all material and lessons are tailored to the student's needs to ensure they grow in confidence and ability.
