About Nicole
I am currently going into my 3rd year of engineering school and have taken courses up to Calc 4 and above. When I was in high school I did poorly in math and thought success in the subject wasn't possible for me, but with a good teacher I was able to thrive with honors and go far past what I thought possible. Because I have struggled in the past, it helps me understand my students better, and in turn makes me more passionate in my teaching.

Lessons with me will be guided, but with heavy student participation. I will direct you to the right steps while making every problem as informative as possible. I have prior tutor experience through the Oakland University tutoring center and was the number 1 tutor during my time there. I aim to make learning fun, and to hype my students up until they can gain confidence in their own abilities.
