About Abdel
I’m Abdel Medjedoub, a former professional fighter (Boxer and MMA) and elite martial arts coach with 25+ years of experience in boxing, striking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and physical performance.
I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Firas Zahabi, longtime coach of Georges St-Pierre, and have had the privilege of being GSP’s training partner while training at Tristar Gym in Montréal.
My background includes a high-level boxing career, elite-level striking, and extensive experience training alongside professional MMA fighters. I was also part of the UFC’s The Ultimate Fighter environment.
Today, I bring that experience into private one-on-one coaching, combining high-level martial arts, striking, conditioning, and athletic performance.
