About Pratap
I come from a lovely town in India where yoga was taught to us by our parents. From a young age, I have been practicing and teaching yoga, and I take great pride in being able to help people overcome their issues. While yoga is certainly beneficial, it's important to do it correctly in order to see the best results. That's why I'm excited to share what I've learned from my own experiences and help those who need it.

In today's world, some people may perceive yoga as merely a physical exercise that involves extreme stretching. However, yoga encompasses much more than that. Simply sitting still and chanting can be considered yoga, as can focusing on your breath or aligning your body with your breath. Personally, I have experienced the richness of yoga by practicing simple techniques like pranayama (breathing methods), which can alleviate daily issues such as headaches, body pain, stress, and depression. With over 10 years of experience, I now want to share my knowledge with others who may be facing similar challenges.
