About Srimoyee
Hello, I’m Srimoyee.
I am an Engineering graduate with an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and mathematics has been a constant foundation throughout my academic and professional journey. From solving complex engineering problems to working with data, forecasting, and analytics in business, maths has always been more than just a subject to me — it is a way of thinking.
Over the years, while teaching students up to Grade 10, I realised that many students struggle with mathematics not because they lack ability, but because they haven’t been guided in a way that matches their learning style. That is what inspired me to continue teaching.
I genuinely enjoy simplifying complex ideas and watching students move from confusion to clarity. There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing a student gain confidence and say, “Now I understand.”
I believe knowledge grows when it is shared. Teaching allows me to combine my technical background with my passion for helping students build strong foundations, logical thinking, and self-belief.
My goal is not just to help you score better marks, but to help you feel capable and confident in your abilities.

My classes are structured, interactive, and fully customised to the individual learning needs of each student. With over 12 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background in Engineering and MBA, I focus on building clear conceptual understanding in topics such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, Statistics, and foundational arithmetic.
In the first session, I assess the student’s strengths and learning gaps to design a personalised learning plan. I create targeted practice worksheets and customised questionnaires to address specific areas of improvement, ensuring steady academic progress and strong exam preparation.
My teaching approach is step-by-step, logical, and application-oriented. I encourage open communication, questions, and active participation so that students feel confident and comfortable while learning. My goal is not just improving marks, but building long-term analytical thinking and confidence in mathematics.
