About Jessica
Hi! My name is Jess and I recently finished grade 12. I have applied to study Engineering and Commerce dual degree at the University of Queensland. I have tutored English for students in grade 4 and 6 previously but had to stop due to a hectic high school schedule. However, now that high school is finished, I have more time to start tutoring again. Tutoring one-on-one is preferred as I will be able to give my full attention to the student. However, I am more than happy to tutor small groups.
I would love to tutor English for students from grade 5 to 8 and Mathematics for students in grade 5 to 10.
My hourly rate is $30 as I have just graduated high school. I will also offer one free trial lesson for the students to get an idea on my teaching style.

My teaching method is hands-on. When teaching maths, I will make sure that my student shows the working out needed to solve the question as that is one of the most important aspect when trying to achieve a desirable result.
