I have known Jess for about eight years, since Year 9 in school. She has been my best friend for all of this time and, throughout all my time of knowing her, she has been my rock and always helped me through any problem that comes my way. Whether that be help with work, emotional problems, tough choices or generally just making me feel better - Jess is the one I've gone to first. She teaches and gives advice very directly and clearly and I have never found myself struggling to understand her. She has the kindest heart and is always there to help work through difficult problems and will stop at nothing to make sure you understand. During our time in school, Jess and I would go to the bathroom during our break and just talk and joke for, what felt like, hours. She would tell me her thoughts and I would tell her mine and there has always been a level of patience in her that I have never found in anybody else. No matter how much you might be struggling to understand something, Jess will give you honest feedback and advice that she purely will use to help teach you.
