About Amy
I've been teaching English since 2013 when I graduated from the University of Birmingham with my PGDipEd and an MA in Teaching Studies. I have taught all around the country in Birmingham, Manchester and Bournemouth.
Previously to that, I graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) from the University of Durham after 3 years studying English Literature.
I am also an experienced AQA examiner for GCSE English Literature.

Our first lessons are all about learning your strengths and weaknesses so I can make an action plan to get the most progress out of your time and effort.
We'll follow that plan with plenty of personalised feedback so you can understand clearly what to do to improve. We'll work on those improvements together.
