About Renee

Hello! My name is Renee and I am a dedicated English tutor and current Political Science student at the Australian National University. I’m passionate about helping students improve their reading, writing, and communication skills in a way that is engaging, effective, and tailored to their needs. I have experience working with primary school-aged children, but I’m happy to support students of all ages in their English learning journey. My tutoring approach is personalized, combining interactive activities, structured exercises, and meaningful discussions to foster a love of learning. I’m committed to providing a professional, supportive environment where students feel confident and motivated to achieve their goals. As an online tutor, I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, and I take great care to ensure that my lessons are engaging, informative, and productive. About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is personalized, and I focus on engaging students and building confidence. I like to use a mix of interactive activities, discussions, and exercises. Most of my experience is with primary school-aged children and helping to get them excited about English and build their confidence in reading and writing, however depending on what your child needs in a tutor specifically, I am happy to work with all ages. I am based online, and because all children learn in a different way, I don't have a set time that my lessons run for, and I'm happy to work with you to figure out an ideal time that benefits everyone. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment, tailored to help each student reach their full potential at their own pace.
