Mathematics is the only exercise you can exercise your brain with and it's not abstract. Let's start with trigonometry. Trigonometry is the relationship between the sides and angles of a triangle. The relationship can be SOHCAHTOA for right angle triangle and cosine and cosine rule for non-right angle triangle.
