About Robert
I am a third year Cambridge Mathematics student and aspiring Mathematics teacher. Having come from a state comprehensive background, I am aware of the difficulties of navigating higher-level Mathematics. I received A*A*A*A* in my A-Levels and, after a gap year working in a school and tutoring A-Level Mathematics, I began my studies where my interest in Mathematics education became my desired career.

I focus on finding unknown weaknesses and targeting them through novel problems and then reincorporating them into later questions to ensure a thorough understanding. I use my own experiences of the Cambridge application process and beyond-the-syllabus study to provide a deeper subject understanding, allowing my students to gain an intuition for Mathematics that they may not receive from the A-Level specification alone. I have taught a STEP class before at a school during my gap year and I have tutoring experience including GCSE, A-Levels and adult learners. I find one hour sessions to be the most beneficial; however, I am willing to work around the preferences of the students.
