About Lois
"Supporting students in their transition towards data literacy remains my primary focus. Career switchers and office staff often struggle with basic spreadsheet navigation. My experience spans 13 years of technical instruction.
I guide absolute beginners through complex functions like NESTED IF LOGIC. Finance beginners often feel overwhelmed by data structure. I simplify Pivot Tables and conditional formatting for everyone.
Building workplace confidence is the core of my methodology. I find it satisfying to watch students finally grasp difficult keyboard shortcuts. Helping people become efficient remains my most enjoyable activity."
