About Mida

Hi, my name is Mida. I love helping students understand challenging concepts and gain confidence in their learning. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge, support growth, and see students succeed. I aim to make lessons engaging, clear, and tailored so every student can reach their full potential.

I will create personalized worksheets tailored to each student's level and way of understanding. Additionally, I will be available outside of classes to answer homework-related questions with each student. No additional cost.

About the lesson

I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and interactive activities to make lessons engaging and easy to understand. I encourage students to ask questions and practice using English through conversation, short exercises, and guided feedback.

My lessons last 60 minutes but can be altered to whatever length suits you.

I have experience helping students improve their understanding of English by guiding them through grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills as I have assisted in teaching and tutored a wide range of students in school.

My lessons are suitable for students from 5-18 (Primary to high school)

Mida helped my daughter Lara with long division. She’s 8, and Lara is now feeling very confident in math and problem-solving. I highly recommend Mida as a tutor.

Mida’s teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and easy to follow. She breaks down difficult math and chemistry concepts into simple steps, which helps students build confidence and understand the logic behind the answers rather than just memorizing formulas. She is also very patient, which is especially helpful for students who may feel nervous or unsure about math.

Mida has taught me math and chemistry for the past two years(Y10 and Y11). Now that I am doing NCEA level 2, she has been more help than ever. Not only is she good at explaining core concepts, she is actively engaged in my studies, which makes getting tutored even more helpful
