I am Carmen and I am interested in teaching you because I love connecting and I want to make a difference one step at a time. I am patient no matter what and I can listen to all your stories while teaching.

Where you will learn to be one with your body as well as breaking a sweat. Where you make your body feel great and where you feel even better. You will have exercise made fun and do everything together with me no matter how hard it may be you can do this.
