About Dino
Originally from Canada and educated in Germany and France. Completed a degree at a private business school in Paris and fully fluent in English, German and French. I have over 9 years of experience tutoring children from various backgrounds in Canada, Germany, France and now, the UK. I have experience preparing children for entrance exams to international universities and private colleges. I am experienced in various subjects from Maths, Chemistry, Biology and Physics to the study of German, French and English. I enjoy working with children and have developed my own technique of teaching children languages. My friendly manner and my teaching techniques have had great success in teaching languages. I have worked, especially with children, where they would have basic knowledge of the language and have worked with them to achieve full fluency. I have studied and compared various teaching methods and understand how language learners can learn a second language using the same method as they learnt their first language. I teach vocabulary and grammar a different way, making it fun. It shouldn't just be about memorisation. My interests are languages. I enjoy learning languages and reading great literature in different languages. I am very interested in history and I enjoy theatre. I am a friendly and easy-going person. I am empathetic, which I feel is important to be, especially when working with others. I enjoy seeing the great strides that my students make and I put great importance in bringing out confidence in my students. When it comes to studying accounting, it can cause a bit of panic at first glance because its pretty much gibberish to anyone who doesn't know what they are doing.
Dino has this amazing ability to not only make accounting interesting, but, yes I will use the *F word, he actually made it FUN.
