About Eliana
I am a qualified tutor in English and Maths with over five years experience. I achieved three A* in my A-Levels, Mathematics, English and Computer Science and graduated with a first class honours in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.
I am now studying a master's in Computer Science and teach on the side.

I am an experienced English tutor with over five years experience in teaching both primary and secondary school levelled English.
I focus on building confidence in my students, whether in Poetry, Creative Writing, Comprehension and so on. I strive to help students succeed and enjoy English. I believe succeeding in English Literature or Language is about practise more than skill, meaning anyone can accomplish top marks. By building confidence, essay skills, language techniques and vocabulary within my students I believe my students have every chance of achieving the best grades and gain an appreciation for our language.

Eliana has been working with my son for the last year in English and Maths. I cannot stress the improvement he has made in both subjects since starting with Eliana. She is patient, informed, knows how to explain things differently for each child to understand and overall a lovely person. If you can, use Eliana!
My daughters have been studying with Eliana for two years now. One has dyslexia and the other struggles with creative writing. Over the last two years, Eliana has not only vastly improved their grades, but helped my daughters to stop being scared of making mistakes and allow themselves to take chances. My oldest daughter moved up two sets with Eliana and my youngest is no longer struggling with her creative writings. I would recommend Eliana to everyone.
