About Paras
I am an experienced Biology educator with 11+ years of teaching post-16 students for competitive medical entrance exams, including NEET Biology. Over the years, I have taught large cohorts of students and helped 400+ students progress into medical colleges.
My teaching style is simple, structured and exam-focused. I do not only explain Biology concepts; I help students understand why they make mistakes and how to improve their performance through better revision, question practice and exam strategy.
I specialise in:
GCSE / IGCSE Biology
A-Level Biology
Human Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology and Microbiology
Exam technique, revision planning and mistake analysis
I also hold a strong academic background in Microbiology.

My lessons are designed around the student’s current level, target exam and specific weak areas.
A typical lesson includes:
Quick diagnosis of the student’s understanding
Clear explanation of the topic from basics to exam level
Active questioning to check understanding
Practice of exam-style questions
Mistake analysis: concept gap, content gap, silly error or stress-related error
A clear action plan for revision before the next class
I believe Biology becomes easier when students learn the pattern behind the subject. My aim is to help students build confidence, accuracy and exam readiness.
