About Suzy Louise
I believe learning should be inclusive and supportive. My lessons are designed to be patient, flexible, and confidence-building, so every learner feels safe and supported while improving their English.
I am an experienced English tutor with over 5 years of teaching background, including as a tutor at Cambridge English for Life, where I prepared young learners for Cambridge Young Learners English (YLE) exams and assisted in Business English Certificate (BEC) classes.
I now working towards helping learners of all ages improve their English for study, work, and everyday communication. My focus areas include: - Adult Conversational/Business English – practical speaking skills for confidence in daily life and travel as well as Young Learners English – phonics, speaking, reading, writing and listening.

Student-centered, patient, and adaptable with the focus on creating a inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, and build confidence in their English.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up to set the tone, followed by targeted practice based on the learner’s goals—whether it’s conversational English, business English/workplace communication, or English for young college students.
Every learner is different, so I adapt my lessons to suit individual needs, learning pace, and preferred style using a mixture of interactive activities, real-life examples, and guided practice to ensure lessons are practical and engaging.
For children, this means more games and storytelling; for adults, the lessons focus on real-world applications like presentations, business emails, or everyday conversations.
